Here are some suggestions if you're stuck:
- Make sure you look over the FAQ for Viewers.
- Search these forums, before you post.
- Sign up for an account and try posting your question.
The more details in your question, the more likely it will get an answer — don't forget to pick the right category for your OS (windows, mac, or linux) and then explain exactly what is happening.
Reporting a Bug:
Please only submit detailed bug reports, as partials and duplicates are actually counter-productive and make it harder to fix problems.
